******************************************************** * Episode #8-01: Scene A: "Back In The Habit" * ******************************************************** [Lexi walks into 4616, checks her mail, and finds a letter addressed to Amanda Woodward] Amanda Woodward 4616 Melrose Place, Apt. #4 Los Angeles, CA 06660 Oh great! Yet another letter for that poor dead bitch Amanda. Hmmm... I wonder who this one is from... [She turns the letter over and sees the Return Address] Hillary Michaels 323 Pisa Avenue Rome, Italy 2349843 Hillary Michaels? Who the hell is she?!! ******************************************************** * Episode #8-01: Scene B: "Back In The Habit" * ******************************************************** [In her apartment, Lexi is reading the letter in bed] My dearest Amanda, I know we haven't spoken in a long time, but things have changed. After closing my agency a few years ago, I followed your bother, Michael, to Europe. We made a fresh start here in beautiful Italy, and had been very happy. That is until I got sick. I have been diagnosed with leukemia, and my only chance for survival is a bone marrow transplant. For that, I need blood from a matching relative. Your bother is not a match, and so you are my last hope. The doctors have given me less than a month left to live without the transplant. Please Amanda, I beg you to help. No matter what went on between us in the past, nothing compares to the seriousness of this. Please give me another chance. Your loving mother, Hillary. (I know, I know. Amanda's half MODELS INC. brother is named "David." Hey, if the real writers can make bloopers, why the hell can't I, hunh? Besides, it's more like the real thing ;) ************************************************************* * Episode #8-01: Scenes C & D: "Back In The Habit" * ************************************************************* [Lexi knocks on Michael's door - he opens and she barges in] Oh shut up and help me Michael! The last time you asked for my help, you had me pushing around a dead dick in a shopping cart! So forget it Lexi! Whatever it is this time, I don't want any part in it! [Michael's bimbo Nurse Ingrid is annoyed by Lexi's interruption - she's sitting on the couch and has her legs wide open - it's obvious that the doctor was in... deep] INGRID: Ummm.. excuse me! Dr. Mancini and I were having a deep moment here! Yeah, I'm sure you were, but what I have to tell you goes much deeper Michael. INGRID: Hello! I said Dr. Mancini and I were having a deep moment here! Do you mind! [Lexi can't take anymore of the bimbo's drivel - she shouts at her] Would you shut your mouth! Shut your eyes. Shut your ears. And above all, shut your thighs! - - Michael, would you get your bimbo outta here!? INGRID: But Mikey wants me here, don't you Mikey!? [she winks at him] Oh please! Honey, I've known the good doctor longer than you have. I assure you, he only wants one particular part of you here - the rest, he can do without! [Michael is embarrassed] Uhh Lexi! Hahaha! Umm... Ingrid, do you mind stepping outside for a minute? Fine!! [She leaves - Scene D] Ok, listen to me! I got a letter from Amanda's mother last night. Have you ever met her mother? I may have seen her around here a couple of times, but that's about it. I think she ran a modeling agency or something like that. Seemed like a nice enough lady though. Hey, does she know that Amanda's dead? I doubt it! Otherwise she wouldn't be asking her to save her life. What the hell are you talking about? Just read this. [She hands him the letter and he reads it quickly] So Amanda's mother is severly ill with cancer and needs blood from Amanda to survive. Exactly, but she hasn't a clue about Amanda's passing. So I thought that since you know her more that I do, you should be the one to break the news to her. Her number's right at the end of the letter there. Please Mikey, we're both in need of good Karma, and the poor woman shouldn't be left counting on false hope. For once Lexi, you're right. I'll call her right now, but I'd feel more comfortable if you weren't standing here. Oh absolutely. I'm late for work anyway. I'll talk to you later sugar! [She leaves] [Michael picks up the phone and dials the airlines] Hi, I want a seat on your next flight to Hawaii - - This afternoon will be great! - - Three O'clock it is! [The camera zooms out of Michael's apartment and reveals Lexi standing by his open window, listening intently] ******************************************************** * Episode #8-01: Scene E: "Back In The Habit" * ******************************************************** [Michael is looking out a window with desparation on his face] I hope I can find you Amanda - - For your mother's sake. [The camera zooms out to reveal that Michael is looking out the window of an airplane. The sound of the engines gets louder as we see the plane approaching the Hawaiian Islands. The camera pans from Michael's window on the left side of the plane, all the way around the back showing the engines, and then around to a window on the right side. We zoom in closer and closer and reveal Lexi in a nun's outfit looking out her window, obviously in Michael's persuit] ******************************************************** * Episode #8-02: Scene A: "Pleasure Island" * ******************************************************** [Michael arrives at a Hawaiian Marina in a rental car. He starts showing a picture of Amanda & Peter to several people] Excuse me.... have you seen this couple? No, sorry. Have you seen these lovebirds around here? Umm.. No. Hi, have you seen these two? No, I don't recall anyone that beautiful! [Michael sees a man working at the Marina] Sorry to bother you, but have you see this couple around here? Maybe, and maybe not. [Michael doesn't have time to play any games - he pays the man for info] Alright, I get it. For a hundred dollars, have you seen them? Yeah. I remember those two. They bought a boat from me the other day. Did they say where they were going exactly? Well, all I recall was that they were heading west from here. To an island they bought. If you ask me, those two had too much money on their hands. Well so do I. Mind if I rent a boat from you? Oh sure! Not a problem as long as you've got the cash! [Suddenly, the view is through binoculars. We zoom all the way back through the binoculars and reveal the back of a person in a black nun suit - Lexi keeping a close eye on Mikey] ******************************************************** * Episode #8-02: Scene B: "Pleasure Island" * ******************************************************** [Michael is cruising the South Pacific in his rental speedboat. After a little while, he spots an island and gets overjoyed] Yes, I found it! [The excitement of having found Amanda & Peter's island distracts him from controlling the boat for a second. But that's all it takes - one second. The boat crashes into something on the surface of the water and flips over. The camera switches to an underwater view and we see Michael, limp and unconscious, as he drowns slowly into the depth of the ocean. A huge shark swims by. . .] ******************************************************** * Episode #8-02: Scene C: "Pleasure Island" * ******************************************************** [We hear the sounds of wild love-making as the camera makes its way down a palm tree. Amanda & Peter are doing it in a hammock! Amanda stops when she notices something in the ocean nearby, but Peter isn't happy about it] Don't stop now Amanda... Peter, somebody just crashed their boat!! Well, I guess they're in deep trouble then! This isn't the time for your stupid ass jokes. We've got to help them out. Come on. [Amanda runs out and dives into the ocean] Amanda, wait for me. [Peter follows her and does the same. Just as they both disappear underwater, a speedboat arrives. It's Lexi in her nun suit! She notices Michael's crashed boat and yells to him] Oh my god! Michael?! Michael?! [She decides to try and rescue him] Hold on! I'm coming! [She takes her nun suit off and dives into the water in her underwear. After a little searching, she is shocked to see Amanda & Peter by Michael's unconscious body. The camera zooms in on all 3 faces, all shocked to see each other. Lexi's jaw drops open. She swallows too much water and faints] . . .
